Weight/ stomach excessive hard fat. Trying Ozempic and lost 50 pounds but the stomach just won't give it up.

Cold weather can affect us in many ways. Our bones, our sugar levels, our energy, depression and so forth. All take a hit.

@A myHIVteam Member. It's the dryness. Water moderates the temperature going up or going down. Without water the temperature can quickly change and rise or fall, dramatically.
