I was diagnosed in 1987 living half my life with HIV. I am interested in connecting with people who are also Long Term Survivors. I have searched the site and have found quite a few. We are so few and far between it has been hard to find others who have been through the journey we have experienced. Telling others people you are living with hiv ? Or do you keep it too your self and of course your partner if have it 🤔

People use lots of vices like meditation, eating , drinking, etc.
What is something that you turn to get your mind off things?

Some of us have been very fortunate not having any side effects and others have passed on from complications related to HIV.
What bothers you most about it?

Sometimes long-term HIV leads to certain surgeries. Whether, you're going through a surgery, in hospice care or just for your own peace of mind.....Have you created your last will and testament?

Cold weather can affect us in many ways. Our bones, our sugar levels, our energy, depression and so forth. All take a hit.
