It is all about the stigmatization of having HIV, yes it's embarrassing and something not to be taken lightly. It hurts when it is used against you and could put separation between you and the people you trusted. Rise above it, never allowing it to define who you are as a good person. Don't wallow in the fallout. Let it settle and move on in life. You are a better person now that certain people know relieving you of that thought of trying to keep it within you to fester.
