If you miss taking your meds enough times, they'll become ineffective. Regardless, once you realize that you've missed a dose, I would take the dose immediately, especially if it's been less than 12 hours since you should have taken it. (Waiting a long time for your next scheduled dose is just making the situation worse in my opinion...BUT the best thing to do is to ask your doctor.) If you missed doses frequently, then I recommend speaking with your doctor about the once-a-month injection...and even if you stick with pills, you should let your doctor know if you frequently miss doses since some HIV medications are far more forgiving than others.

Please do not forget to take your medicine if you do. Just take it the same time , next day

If you forget to take the medicine, be sure to take it at the next time. Because the irregular use of drugs causes ineffectiveness of drugs, as well as drug resistance and lowering of CD4

Maybe set up a timer on your phone to go off to remind you to take it on time in the future
