I don’t think it’s that big of a deal unless you’re doing it regular.

I remember a few years back when I was taking 8 meds 3 times a day for hiv, I couldn’t remember if I took my morning dose. I called a pharmacist and told him and asked what i should do. He said take then just to make sure you have then in your system.

Rule of thumb missed dose take it the next day at your normal time

@A myHIVteam Member. I don't know how many pills you take per day, but a weekly pill box helps. Once you've been on a medication to the point it becomes routine, you can take it, then not be sure that you did, or didn't. The pill box keeps you on track. Pill in the box for today, take it. No pill in the box for today, took it. One less thing to burden my brain.
