We would love to have a MyHIVTeam camping get together.
You would have to pay your own way to get there, and have your own camping gear (maybe if some people had big enough tents, we could share tents), but we would be interested in seeing who would like to have a week of camping fun this summer in 2021 if covid restrictions are lifted. Many feel the major culprits for Lipoatrophy, or loss of fullness in face. limbs, and rear, were the drugs AZT and Zerit. More are prone to Lipodystrophy, or visceral fat accumulation in your belly making it look bigger or fat accumulation in fat in upper back, who took Crixivan early on. With unfamiliar viruses like COVID- 19 surfacing, are you concerned more today than yesterday, regarding your HIV infection and health? Have you changed or added any measures?

During the darker, colder, cloudier winter months, many people suffer from seasonal depression. My question is during these months when the sun does finally come out and shine, how do you take advantage of it? Does it change your mood for the day? Do you seem happier?

With HIV now looked at as a manageable disease, and the introduction of PREP, there are a handful of us who are the final living proof carrying the history and legacy of the original AIDS generation. The resources link on this site is a nice link for articles but it does not offer actual local resources. It would be nice if the site would allow us to add local resources like it lets us add local HIV doctors, dentist or other medical proessionals

How many people suffer from bones loss, due to long term use of Our Hiv/ Aids Meds?Im have ostopenia by the time im 60 they say i might be crippled, Have good Rhemotology Docter from Kuwait, working with me on lots of Calcium,vitamin d,folic acid, and bones injections, and diet change, trying to reverse the damage and add growth to my bones...My new fight in life is fighting to saved my bones,with lots of working it out...Never give up...
