I'm afraid I've taken a more holistic approach. I've been hiv + since 1995. I took meds for awhile about 7 years but my studies showed too many side affects and the destruction of vital organs. Maybe stop taking your meds for awhile and see if your dick gets hard noemally im 61 and my dick gets rock hard when I want. I'm not interested in casual sex but enjoy maturation most nights before falling asleep. Occasionally I wake up with a hard on.

I understand I'm 79 and sick of meds and docs pretending to know everything what will the Viagra meds do except make everything harder ???????

Hi Randy I quite understand this situation.I am also 65, and been on treatment 28 years as well.. I have lost interest in meeting guys on a casual basis. I have tried Sildenifil, however it seems to leave some lingering side effects, such as a headache, so I dont take it anymore. Not everyone gets side effects from it, so it might be ok.
