Callender on phone and Determination

I use my phone for everything.

I set alarm 10 minutes before the time I’m take my meds.

On my calendar I schedule a reminder the day prior to an appointment.

The day of the appointment my alarm reminds me at 8am. Then again another reminder an hour before that appointment time

In San Diego I was going my meds through Hillcrest pharmacy, they prepackaged them so I didn’t have to deal with that. I’m trying to get the same here in Milwakee.

I use the VA Health Care, they pick me up and bring me back home from my appointments.

At least 25 years in this routine. It works for me.

Good health to you

I use quite a few things to help me stay organized and on top of things. I use both Microsoft Office (for home) and Google Calendar (& on the go) to help organize appointments & meetings. I also use various cellphone alarms to signal when it is time for medications. This system has worked well for me.
