It sounds like you're going through a really tough time. When first faced with an HIV diagnosis, it's common to feel a lack of control over your health and experience a range of emotions. Here are some strategies that might help:

- Stages of Grief: Understand that it's normal to go through stages like denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. These stages can happen in any order and may repeat.
- Letting Go: Try to focus on what you can control. Some members find it helpful to use guided imagery, open up to others, organize their space, or seek support from communities like myHIVteam.
- Support: Remember, you don't have to fight alone. Supporting each other makes us stronger and more determined.

If you need more specific advice or support, reaching out to a healthcare professional or a support group can be very beneficial.

@A myHIVteam Member have you told your doctor πŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈπŸ©Ίβš•οΈ about your depression πŸ˜”? You should not 🚫 stop πŸ›‘ taking your pills πŸ’Š unless directed by a doctor πŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈπŸ©Ίβš•οΈ. After a year, you should understand your counts. You need to have as high as a cd4 count that you can (which you say your cd4 is 253) and an undetectable viral load. CD4 under 200 is considered AIDS. Undetectable mean you can't pass on the virus 🦠🦟. Your πŸ’ŠπŸ’‰ medication's help you stay above that 200, so that is why it is important to take your ARVs until a doctor πŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈπŸ©Ίβš•οΈ says otherwise.
