You don't put anything on it. It is a matter of personal hygiene, if you don't wash daily, that is what happens. Go see a dermatologist who specialize in skin treatments and prevention.

I go to a dry sauna for around 15 minutes to get rid of so called Blackheads. I only get them on my Nose, so once Ive sweated them out in the Sauna,I have a shower and theyve dissapeared.
