Just to be clear Iris my hiv doctor prescribes me 400mg twice daily acyclovir along with my hiv drugs. Ive had no reactivation of herpes at all with this medicine

Ive been taking Acyclovir twice daily since 1996. Acyclovir stops reactivation of the herpes virus. Ask your Doctor to add this medication.

They usually appear during times of great stress, even if you have taken care of yourself and have never had an opportunistic infection. Remember that there are several types of herpes, but you will not necessarily get an opportunistic infection.

Por lo general suelen parecer en momentos de mucho estrés aunque te allá cuidado y nunca tuvieras una infección oportunistas. Recuerda que hay varios tipos de herpes no precisamente te darán por una infección oportunistas.
