depends on your ryan white care. if your ryan white pays for the entire health insurance premium (it does here in Michigan) then go all out and get the top-notch insurance out there. I didn't go top-notch. I got the 3rd best plan here in Michigan, I only picked this plan rather than the other two because of the deductible cost and out-of-pocket cost were lower. but my gold plan covered just as much as the platinum plan did for 95% of the coverage. So if your ryan white covers the entire premium, go for the best plan that you can get for your worth.
