Always undetectable thank God. Something that helped me a lot when I found out was accepting and not blaming anyone. I took responsibility and did what I had to do, seek help for medication and keep my mind and emotional stability in place and it has worked very well for me, I have never had to go to a psychologist or psychiatrist. 🙏

Siempre no detectables gracias a Dios. Algo que me ayudó mucho al enterarme fue aceptar y no culpar a nadie. Tome la responsabilidad y hice lo que tenía que hacer, buscar ayuda para medicamentos y mantener mi mente y estabilidad emocional en su lugar y me ha funcionado muy bien, nunca he tenido que ir a psicólogo ni psiquiatra. 🙏

It takes a long time after infection but a positive happy and resilient attitude toward life can help with this virus.

My health is going very well. I always take my medication at the same time and I remain undetectable. You just have to have a very good way of life and not make mistakes to live much longer.

Mi salud va muy bien tengo mi medicamento siempre lo tomo a la misma hora y me mantengo indetectable . Solo hay que tener un método de vida muy bien y no hacer desarreglo para vivir mucho más tiempo
