Cd4 is how many white blood cells you have. Undetectable has to deal with the viral load and when it’s below 20 that’s considered nondetectable.

Yes. I was diagnosed with AIDS. It took me 13 years to get in the 300s. Some people achieve this much sooner though. It just depends on your system.

Yes! And your viral load will go down and your t-cell will go up might not be that fast, but it will happen
