Here are some tips to help improve your sleep:

1. Plan a Sleep Schedule: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. Avoid taking naps to help get back on a normal sleep schedule.

2. Focus on Relaxation: Use relaxation techniques like diaphragmatic breathing, visualization exercises, or muscle-relaxation techniques.

3. Create a Comfortable Environment: Dim your lights as bedtime approaches and keep your bedroom at a cool, comfortable temperature (around 65 degrees Fahrenheit).

4. Avoid Sleep Disturbances: Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, spicy foods, or chocolate before bedtime.

If these methods don't work, consider discussing with your doctor if a sleep aid might be appropriate, ensuring it doesn't interact with your HIV treatment plan.
