Take your HIV meds as prescribed and do your best not to miss doses. 420 also helped a great deal with my anxiety.

Pray, eat healthy, get some exercise, get plenty of sleep, keep in good mood as much as possible, keep good company around you, stay away from negative people.

I’m currently following most of the Jon Kaiser, MD protocol. I take five of his KPAX supplements. KPAX immune formula, Energy, DHEA, Prostate Flow and Probiotics. I also take Calcium with magnesium, Colostrum, Ester C, Milk Thistle and D3.

I take testosterone cream daily.

I work out at my gym with resistance and balance exercises at least three times per week. I also attend at least Two masters swim practices per week with the mostly LGBT San Francisco Tsunami Aquatic Masters Swim Club one or two ninety minute practices and one Saturday 60 minute practice. Many of my closest friends are Tsunami members. I’ve been swimming with them regularly since June, 2009. I Totally enjoy all the blessings of swimming and the how it augments my quality of life. I also swim 30 minutes per week on my own to work on my swim strokes and turns.

I ask am an active member of Trinity St Peter’s Episcopal Church in San Francisco. I serve as acolyte Crucifer where I carry the cross in the processions during the Sunday services. Again some of my closest gay friends are members of the church. We have the best times with each other at coffee hour and brunch after the service. I like to keep holy the Lord’s Day Sundays.

I’ve been in a loving relationship with my partner Bob since 1988. He is my my most Special Person in the whole wide world. I also speak with a mental health therapist every one to two months. 😀

Maintaining an exercise routine, Spiritual Practice and relationships as well as medications and supplements adherence are the natural therapies I have been subscribing to for years and the benefits I enjoy from these are priceless.

Heavy gym , cycling, being active. Avoiding crap food. Just like for everyone. My doc and I examined 10 years of progression and low periods of activity coincided with more issues, more fatigue and depression and more side-affects. I think its easier to metabolize the disease and meds this way and show your body and universe you intend to thrive.
