What Advice Do You Have For Others About Managing Fatigue?
After 32 years of this, I have discovered that there is really no substitute for sleep. I have also learned that anxiety and depression are exhausting. These days if I am going through a particularly stressful time I will likely add an hour to my sleep routine. I need a good 8 hours on average - and during really stressful times I can need up to 9. I have used all sorts of things to slow me down in the evening from Camomile Tea to Buspar to allow me to sleep better. A bath is also a great way to get yourself ready for sleep.
I respect your opinion but I do not agree with it. We are not on borrowed time because with the medications of today,
( I have met people including Mr. Larry Kramer who lived well into his 80s.)
So I respectfully , say we will all live a long and good life on medications and hopefully with a cure in the next couple of years.ππ€πππππ§‘β€π
Prayers and meditation help me and they give me a piece the that transcends all understanding.
I bike a lot. I smoke weed only when I bike.. I do not drink much but I do exercise alot. I hope this helps
Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night at the same time every night. Avoid electronics for at least a hour before going to bed and don't use them at all once in bed.
Avoid caffeine after 2 PM.
Cut out alcohol and recreational drugs.
Take no more than a 30 minute power nap in the day time.
Get 30 minutes of sun each day.
Walk and other non stress exercises.
Have someone you can share your thoughts with.
