Why now would you risk resistance when closer to cure and if you do this what is your reason for doing this one or 2 days off isn't benefitting the body if you think risks of taking medication helps with problematic issues not off long enuff for that

Being a long term HIV-AIDS medication consumer, now starting my 23rd year, I'll just take them every day. AIDS will not kill me, something else will.

I wouldn't recommended it.. For me, I am just getting back on my meds after 11 months, due to me moving to Illinois and not being able to get medical insurance or medications. I didn't get sick or show any signs of of being positive. My weight loss I explained that I was working 2 jobs.. My mental health, especially my anxiety and depression worsen because I couldn't even like somebody, or have wild, crazy NSA sex and not have this thought in my mibd that I didn't even know my own CD4 or viral load.
Now being back in Michigan I am back on meds, a different one than before. My anxiety and deoression levels are down and my load is moving dowward and hope to soon be back at undectable.
I sais all this to say, when my physical, mental and spiritual are all out of balance then I am no good ti myself or to others... I don't like taking pills everyday but first my sanity I gladly will bypass, the med vacations...
