I've noticed that since my diagnosis, friends and family are not around as much as they used to. They don't call as often or check up on me and when they do it's usually....
"How are you feeling? "
Sometimes I don't feel like part of the family and my friends don't include me, for fear of me getting sick?!!🤨
I've grown accustomed to this,.. which is why I sought out this group💕
How has your experience been?

With the Summer it's in it's high point..... a lot of things are happening and I was thinking it's been awhile since some of us put our names and faces together.😁 Would you like to host or I can host ,..A my HIV Zoom session that only takes about 40 minutes of your time. If we have enough interested parties,... I'll go ahead and set it up. 🤗👍✌️❤️🌈🏡

Do you think your addiction had a part in getting HIV? How did you find support? Are there any groups for those of us that are HIV positive and struggle with addiction?

For those of you who wear the reusable face mask and not the disposable, how do you clean your mask?
Do you:
1) Put them in the washing machine?
2) Wash them by hand?
3) Boil them?
4) Wash them in the dishwasher?
I have just been washing them in my washing machine, but today I decided to boil them on the stove top. Tomorrow I might try putting them in the dishwasher. So, how do you clean yours?

I must admit, i havent read this yet. I just wanted to share it because i seen it and i wanted to share it before i forgot/ couldnt find it again. I hope its a good read! Share your thoughts 😊

If you are getting too many email notifications, or at least want to cut down on how many you are getting, or do not want to get any at all, here are the steps to follow to get rid of those email notifications:
You can stop getting emails by:
1) Click on the 3 gray bars at the top right.
2) click on settings when the box comes up
3) then click on email settings

These holidays are going to be a tough one given covid-19. I'm attempting to find hosts and the myHIV team is assisting in a tutorial and account for us. Are there any of you guys out there that can’t get it up because of HIV meds or heart or diabetes . I have all three and it’s almost impossible well until today’s mail delivery I received my electronic masturbater it’s a game changer for me.
