Thinking about this because @A myHIVteam Member just talked about a sore arm from vaccination, and partner & I are headed for vaccination today for flu & covid. How many people have a regular reaction to vaccination? I do every time (sore arm, feeling crappy). My partner, on the other hand, rarely has a reaction. Besides pills prescribed by your doctor, do you use any other method to reduce stress. Things like yoga, meditation, acupuncture, astral projection, crystals, chi, ect.

Am I The Only One That Is Terrified Of The Coronavirus

I have more health issues than HIV.....I have diabetes.....fatty liver disease......and asthma....neuropathy. I'm terrified, but everyone tells me to quit talking about it so much. I had type A flu and it was bad last year. Surely I'm not the only one🤦🏻‍♀️
