Do You Use Any Kind Of Holistic, Alternative, Or Natural Ways To Reduce Stress?
Here is a question I asked 3 years ago. Just reposting for all the new members who joined the site since then.
Besides pills prescribed by your doctor, do you use any other method to reduce stress. Things like yoga, meditation, acupuncture, astral projection, crystals, chi, ect.
I find there are many ways to reduce stress naturally it is different for each person I find a drive in the jeep with good music on calms me. also music in general for me. cleaning house also does it for me. Find your center and do things you love to do that is the secret to calm my friend.
My dogs... Now + a cat... Have a Jade stone for grounding.
I use a high frequency CD, holy sync technology from center point. When I get stressed I'm extremely restless, especially trying to get to sleep. Have a difficult time keeping my feet still. I utilize a Chiropractor. I also listen to this app where it helps you meditate, or fall asleep, or relax from an anxiety attack ect ect. I also do Acupuncture & get my walks in when I can
