As I mentioned in my previous Post, my HIV Consultant again offered me another Single Dose Regimen last Friday known as Symtuza. This Tablet contains single dose Darunivir plus a newer style version of Tenofivir, plus the boosting agent known as Cobicistat and the older style nucleoside analogue known as FTC. Now I aready have substantial resistance to Tenofivir and FTC from previous use of similar drugs in that class, so in effect I would only be benefiting from Darunivir. This means I would… read more

@A myHIVteam Member its the Doulutegravir component that is more than likely causing these nasty side effects..Its similar to way it affected me. However some people dont get these side effects at all. I know that the medical fraternity allege that the once daily medicines such as Biktarvy and Symtuza will work in patients with extensive multi drug resistance. But tolorating these once daily tablets is another matter.. So with Symptuza I might try it out and if I cant tolorate it , I now have 7 months of stock of my current (old) medicines to go back onto.

Hmmm... I'm still on the old fashioned cocktail. The only thing I've done differently is I've cut the dosage in half and I've been undetectable God bless for the last 30 years. So I'm not changing a thing.

I take a lot of pills. I finally invested in pill organizer that gives me wake, noon. Din and bedtime. I organize what goes where in a spreadsheet and once a week fill the next week's worth.

With confidence, I took that medicine and it is very good, the truth is I loved it but in the end I had to change it because the supplier no longer works with him, and now I take biktarvy

Con confianza , ese medicamento lo tomé yo y es muy bueno , la verdad me encantó pero al final tuve que cambiarlo porque el proveedor ya no trabajo más con el , y ahora tomo biktarvy

I’ve been taking Juluca for several months and I feel great.

It’s been keeping me undetectable and CD4 count started to climb again. I’m at 958. It’s taken several years to get it there.

My mind is always cloudy, it’s been like that for a few years.
