How Do You Deal With A Lot Of Loss?

A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭
Cathedral City, CA

This 4th quarter has been rough. My little boy (pictured) was 16 when he passed away on September 22. My very close friend of 46 years passed away on November 14th. My mom passed away on December 20. So much so close together. It is hard to process.

A good friend made this for me for Christmas. Brought some tears but I will treasure it. 🥰

So sorry for your loss. Make sure you make time for yourself in this busy time. Step back. Its hard to lose people and our animals so close together. Helen 🖤🤍🖤🤍.

Wow. First of all please know that that is a lot. Give yourself the freedom to acknowledge how much loss has actually happened. And take the time and whatever you feel you need to get through this feeling. Everyone grieves their own way. You will find your way through this loss. Our hearts are with you at this time ❤️❤️❤️🌈🙏
