I am not in no sexual relationship because of AIDS diagnosis over 9 years ago. Been on medication and undetectable. A very good friend of mine wants me to have a relationship with them again. This individual is negative as far as I know. Nor were they the one that I was infected from. I care very much about this person and they I believe feel the same. We both worked in the medical field for years .We have always been the best of friends. They repeatedly ask me about getting back together. They don't know of my diagnosis. I love love him very much and would always want to keep him safe. Any advice on restarting this relationship?
