That's great!!.. I would assume that your organs would have to be healthy enough to be able to donate. If an organ is infected with drug addiction or HIV due to the donator not adhering to their HIV medication, it will not be transferable.

The Hope Act is essentially the ability for HIV+ individuals to donate an organ upon their death. I have not fully read up on this act to see the full extent of its meaning. I thought the link would help a bit.
