Yes, Ryan White care act is still in effect, it's also called ADAP

They can help with medication, some states but NOT 🚫 ALL STATES, but some states even help with monthly insurance premiums. It can also help with housing cost for rent/mortgage and utilities. But the housing and utilities are only available when they have funds. They get funded in October so more help then and by May/June funding gets low so they can't help as much. You can also get bus passes or gas to get to the doctor. Usually they only pay for one way so you'd have to pay your way back.
Also, some places, I don't know about all places, but some places also have a Ryan White food pantry.
