You can first inform the person. Many times people do not accept us because they do not know about HIV, there is still a lot of ignorance, no matter how crazy it may seem.
Once I was at a talk giving my life testimony and a friend from the university told me I didn't know you were positive hahaha I just smiled I bought her a coffee ☕ and I started to explain everything to her about the subject and that today thanks to the medication we can have a couple, start a family.
