Does Anyone Feel U=U Can Sometimes Create Stigma For Those Unable To Become Undetectable? I Read An Article About This.

Yet in my state it is still a felony to not disclose you are HIV + prior to sex.

IMO that's a tough call. There's always a means to an end. People don't date these days for nothing. Myself, I'm careful about what I call stigma. I can't blame someone for mitigating their sexual risk up to telling me no. Since I can't guarantee
without a blood test that I'm undetectable. Myself, I take it with a grain of salt. We say U=U but at the same time we also say. We take responsibility for who we slept with after we get it.

I posted a link before, not sure if I can find it again, but I'll try, anyway, even people with a very low detectable status cannot pass on HIV.

Stigma around what? The only thing that comes to mind is sex.

Undetectable is a goal. If you are not there yet, keep working with your doctor. Hopefully a better understanding can lessen stigma.
