What insurance do you have that wasn't accepted? Usually all insurance is accepted, either in network or out of network.
Have you tried the Ryan White Foundation? They should be able to help you or guide you to help.
Edgar, if you have a type of private insurance through your job, maybe you could apply to ViiV Healthcare. I use dovato and I know Viiv connect can also help with others but I'm not sure. Go to their page and read the instructions
