The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Sunlenca (lenacapavir) on December 22, 2022. I understand what Ron said right now the fda only recommends sunlenca to those who have viral resistance and they must take other ARVs on top of it. But gilead believes in the future this medicine can be a life changer for everyone and without other ARVs . Only time will tell

Unfortunately, not for me even though triumeq has 3meds in one, I still have to take prezista and ritonavir along with it.

@A myHIVteam Member, according to their website, you take pills at the very beginning, then switch over to just the shots.

My understanding you still have to take pills with Sunlenca - not sure! Yet if that’s the case I wouldn’t want it - I want these pills gone
