Do You Stretch Everyday Or Exercise?
Stretching and exercise has proven to be very effective in strengthening the body and its tone. HIV has been shown to affect our bone tissues. Do you include any stretching or an exercise regiment in your daily routine?
I'm into free weights. I work out at home 4-5 times a week and walk the dogs. That's about it.
I do exercise and workout 3 to 4x a week! It’s great for my mental health!

I try to walk eveyday even if it's to a coffee shop. I also stretch and do yoga 2-3 times a week and I have several PT exercises I do on other days. Helps with my mental health, too😅
My answer is yes I exercise daily. I walk to and from work daily. I am on my feet for work up and down 3 sets of stairs. And have exercises for my physiotherapy as well. Helen x
