I was working at met Life in dental and sister optical. She went out for emotional issues and hospital sent transcripts or her therapy sessions instead of diagnosis to Met Life. In it they said Brother is hiv positive and in trouble with the law for stabbing someone. As soon as they saw it, they sealed it and sent it back, but the drag queen was already out on the stage so I sued them for violating the privacy act and slander. Fight them. Don't let um get the away with it. Fight so the folks who can't, won't have to to hopefully.

Try human rights dept for your state or your local legal aid office. They may be able to help or at least direct u in right direction. They both helped me immensely in getting my ssd and also on similar case to yours back in beginning.
