What @A myHIVteam Member said. They will always fluctuate. Not eating, eating too much. Not enough sleep, too much sleep. Not enough exercise, too much exercise. Being sick, being healthy. Not really one thing or the other that makes them fluctuate.

Not that I know but look at the drug interactions info... our numbers can go up-and-down easily. Colds, stress being tired..... Our numbers go up and down.
