@A myHIVteam Member, i took my hiv meds every other day for three years and stayed undetectable. I was following a European study (which 6 years later is still going on) where its showing you can take your meds 4 days on and 3 days off and still be suppressed. I am now on the bimonthly cabenuva shots.

I just take one pill a day in the morning for approx. the last five years. I have been U=U for approx. 22 years.

@A myHIVteam Member depending on your pain tolerance, the shots hurt for a few days afterwards. You get one in the both butt cheeks. The one shot is not as bad as the other. In fact I don't even feel the one shot. The other shot hurts a bit more. The needle is bigger and the medication is thicker. I love not having to worry about pills 💊 now.
