Hi Jose
It could be one of the components of the medication, or if you ever took AZT or DDI, in the past, the early HIV drugs, they have given me aching Bones and Muscles by way of Perpheral Neuropathy. And can also be age related. Try to rest up every other day if you can..I know if I take one day off, I feel a lot better.

Welcome, and it really depends. That's a loaded question. Do you exercise? Do you eat properly? How long have you been infected? These are all questions before we can answer.....

If you're experiencing body aches, it could be related to your HIV medication. According to the knowledge base, some common side effects of certain ART (antiretroviral therapy) drugs include tiredness, headache, dizziness, nausea, and difficulty sleeping. These side effects often fade over the first few days or weeks as your body adjusts to the medication. However, if the aches persist or are severe, it's important to talk to your doctor about possibly switching medications.

Sounds like possible Neuropathy maybe. I ache all over and took AZT and DDI.
Can you get your nerves measured in your hands and feet to rule out Neuropathy?
This procedure is done with electrodes attached to your body from a machine at the department of neurophysiology. It takes about 25 minutes.
