I read once that the odds of transmission from a needle stick with known HIV infected blood was 1:1000.

People would say they were "giving up sex until a cure was found." I would say, "you are far more likely to die in a car crash, yet you haven't given up driving."

Fear makes people irrational about risk.

I hope not or I got hiv 3,000 times lol but all joking aside unless there’s some sort of cut on the hand I highly doubt it

The chances are pretty much 0, but it can happen.
For instance, did you ever cut your hand or finger and not realize it? That open wound can be infected with HIV, You can also get HIV through the eyes if semen gets in your eye.
