Maybe just occasional insomnia

Neuropathy, back pain, bathroom trips keep me up.😔 Dr. gave me sleeping aid although it makes me goofy next day so, not a fan. 🙄
As the years go on the list gets more varied & longer. It has become new norm?🙄

Running to the bathroom happened to me, I had a couple of accidents and poop on myself, however at that time I did not know I was HIV poz. Once on medication it stopped, now I have the issue that I don't go to the bathroom for 3 or 4 days. I have to use a laxative. I think that part of my veseral fat is due to this. I was not able to pee the doctor prescribed a medication for it and is working. Right now my concern is the pain I have on my entire body. I have an appointment tomorrow to see if my doctor can help me whit this issue. Headache, boneach, muscle pain are all side effects of the HIV medication.

Neuropathy on my entire right side, stiffness and joint pain. The past few weeks I have started having pain in the soles and heels of my feet that literally keeps me from falling asleep.

i have critical illness neuropathy, i take lyrica now, i have urinals near my bed, i do not take sleep aids, they hinder you , esp if you have incontinence, do stretch before bed, it helps with sweats and cramping and such, you sleep better also if you exercise before bed, no snacking after 6pm helps also,
