Opportunistic Infections
My doctor said it’s a good chance I caught this early. My first test was negative that was 6 months ago then I turned positive when I went for a follow up test .before I started ARVs my cd count was over 400 viral load 216,000 however I developed eschougus candidiasis which I read is a AIDS diagnosis. Brad3 you ask as many questions as you need to. That's why we are here. To share our knowledge and help each other. You have some really good questions. Many years ago having a opportunistic infection was a AIDS diagnoses. I believe that is not the case today. The medical community is more knowledgeable now. If I'm mistaken please educate me and bring my understanding to current theories I have been out of the loop for a long time. God bless and everyone have a great day 😀.
