Do You Volunteer Or Help The Unfortunate During This Time Of Year?

A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭
Geneva, IL

Volunteering at your local food bank, making cookies for the homeless ...are just some of the things that we can do to help out.
Do you have any special traditions that you carry out during this time of year?

God bless all you volunteers and I'm trying not to be upset because I can't bake but I'm able to donate things. GOD knows my heart. Much love to you all 🙏❤️

I volunteer all year for a LGBTQ charity and that's all I have time for with a full time job. I donate to Toys for Tots and an Animal Shelter every year at the holidays

I have a small IT company. At this time of the year, I often offer discounted or even in some cases free services for people who are struggling. If you're on ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program) or some other form of poverty rate pension, you qualify for major discounts and freebies around this time of the year. It's my way of helping people who aren't as well off of being able to access the services they need to stay in touch with their family over the holidays.
