Buddy, its important to get another viral load test, just to alleviate any worries you have. If its a viral load blip, then it should below 40 copies when you repeat the test.
I have had many treatment failures prior to 2004, and fortunately new treatment options became available at that time. Nowadays, even in the unlikely event, treatment has failed, there are plenty of new treatment options available, so either way there's no need to worry.
Here in England we can walk into the Nurses Station and get whatever blood tests we want..The results are usually ready in 3 days. Please let me know if you need any support.

Don't stress continue to take your meds everyday at the same time so that your body is getting the proper doses it needs to fight. Drink plenty of water and get some rest. I 🙏 you will bounce back 💪
