What’s The One Thing That's Helped You Most With Fatigue?
I battle intense fatigue as well. And joint pain (osteoarthritis especially in left knee, right hip, and lower back) has worsened drastically over the last couple years…makes the fatigue and my fight to stay active and mobile a daily challenge. For me, I try to focus on achieving at least one goal that requires physical activity every day. Lately I’ve made it my mission to walk to my local Dollar Tree at least 3 days a week. It’s a 6 block walk one way and even if I only spend a buck, it’s a little reward to myself for getting up and out.
I am finding that regular exercise gives me better energy and can fight fatigue.
Have they done blogs work to check for vitamin deficiencies? I was having really bad mood swings and it turned out to be vitamin D3 and B12 deficiencies.
Yaaaaas🤗😘😜🤣
@A myHIVteam Member. It took me months to come down from all the stresses in my life when I left work. I had no idea how much stress I was carrying, but the slightest challenge could set me off. I was quick to anger because I could not handle even one more thing. I have shed all of that stress now, and probably avoided a cardiac arrest. Sometimes we cannot see ourselves accurately.
