Health Insurance

This is NOT A POLITICAL POSTING, so please don't make it one. For people of the U.S.A, With President Trump cutting subsidies to the health insurance market, what will you have to do to cut cost to be able to pay for your health insurance? Higher deductible, co-pays and out of pocket cost will cut into our daily living expenses. How will you cope, and do you have any plans on how to budget?

Hey My Friend. It is a very scary thing what Trump is doing . I too am concerned with the changes that he is making.. For now I depend on Govt. Programs for Aids to help pay for my copays. If he cuts that then I will be totally fucked. So I take things one day at a time and know that God has got my back and everything will work out. But it is scary.

Our HIV/AIDS community ie. Ryan White Foundation and many others alike will have our backs. But, we can all do our part get involved in politics. Get to voting and volunteer to get the vote out. There are many ways to help with the fight against all the nonsense coming out of this administration. We can cut his time in office if we stand up and be heard.

As of now, my meds are covered by ADAP and Ryan White. I hope these vital programs will remain untouched!

We're all in the same boat. There's a lot of grants available. Your social worker or a two from health and human services can help with the paperwork nightmare, but giving up is not an option. Worse case scenario I've had friends use the Ryan White foundation.

I'm lucky in that I am still covered. So far, anyway.
