So I have tried phentermine for 4 months now and it hasn't worked I was walking 2.5 miles a day and working out for an hour also everyday didn't loose a drop of weight I changed my whole diet , still no weight loss , I have always been big but i dropped my weight to 120lbs from 240, so.now in.the past year and a half I have gained that 110lbs back ..I'm at a loss on what to do..anyone have any advice
