I’m a 30 year old male and was diagnosed with HIV in 2020 and till now have so many questions on dating with HIV. I’m Going Through A Stressful Situation At The Moment Am Only Able To Sleep For Only 4hrs At A Time Can Someone Please Tell Me What To Do?
As a quick fix I always have a couple of spoons of Night Nurse cold and flu medicine. It contains a sedative that knocks me out for 7-8 hours.
