So Annoyed That I Can't Get Rid Of This Foot Pain. Other Than NSAIDs What Have People Found That Work? Can't Take Them With Biktarvy.
I've started experiencing some neuropathy on my legs and feet so it probably stems from the lumbar surgery. I am going to start working at the gym more and concentrating on my core which is what the physical therapist said that promotes certain relief from pain that goes down from the spine to your leg extremities. So I'm going to do more core exercises as well as start taking a medication that they gave me a while ago and I will continue to take it now. It's called pregabalin and I take it at 75 mg two times a day. It's intended for the kind of pain that comes from the spinal cord to the lower parts of the leg and feet that can cause neuropathy or nerve disorder. I hope it helps. 👍😁
I've also been told that sleeping with the leg that is bothering you in a elevated position so that your head is lower than your ankle. So if you put the pillow underneath your calve to raise your ankle you will relieve the nerve that is causing the pain. I've learned to sleep in this position with a pillow underneath my calf raising my ankle and my head lower. It does relieve quite a bit of pain so you can sleep at night.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids
One form of these powerful inflammation fighters is found in fatty fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines, tuna, striped bass and anchovies. You can get the benefit from eating the fish or by taking fish oil supplements.
Vegetarians and vegans have options, too.
