Hello friend, the WHO always has free ARV treatment as well as medical care, as long as you are eligible by proving that you do not have any income. I suggest you Google the clinics that care for PLHIV (people living with HIV). I don't know what state of the country you are in, but there is always support in all of them. Hola amigo ,la OMS siempre tiene tto ARV de forma gratuita así como la atención médica ,siempre y cuando usted sea elegible demostrando que no cuenta con ingreso alguno ,yo te sugiero que Googles las clínicas de atención a PVV (personas que viven con vih ) no sé en qué estado del país te encuentras pero en todos siempre hay apoyo ,un abrazo y espero resuelvas pronto ,si estuvieras acá en Texas yo te podría hasta facilitar al menos más info saludos hermano
