To delete your account on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner.
2. Go to 'Settings' then 'Account Settings'.
3. Towards the bottom, select ‘Deactivate My Account’ and complete the process to request deletion.
4. Select your reason for deactivating your account.

To delete your account on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner.
2. Go to 'Settings' then 'Account Settings'.
3. Towards the bottom, select ‘Deactivate My Account’ and complete the process to request deletion.
4. Select your reason for deactivating your account.

Your profile will be deactivated and removed from the social network database. The account will be held for 10 days, and if you log in during that period, your profile and content will be reinstated. After 10 days, all your data will be permanently deleted.
