Switching from Dovato to Biktarvy? Here are some side effects to be aware of:

Dovato:
- Common: Headache, fatigue, diarrhea, nausea, insomnia.
- Rare but serious: Severe hypersensitivity reactions, lactic acidosis, liver problems, severe exacerbation of hepatitis B.

Biktarvy
- Common: Headache, diarrhea, nausea.

I been on Biktarvy for so many years I can't even remember how long... No side effects for me. But everyone is different so you never know. I hope it works out for you.
