Since I was diagnosed with HIV, I became depressed and anxious and little by little it also turned into insomnia and now it is difficult for me to sleep, to rest the 8 hours or more that he slept before when he did not have this infection, he slept peacefully, ate well and now that I have been diagnosed with this, it is completely very different from before.

Thank you for such wise advice, but well, I have only been diagnosed for a few years since 2021 and well, for me it is not easy and even now I still suffer from insomnia, anxiety, depression and I am still struggling with that and well, I am in mental therapy and well, one of the things that helps me little is writing in my diary everything I feel during the day, but I am going to try cannabis to relax me and give me deep sleep and well, thank you very much for the tips and well, here we are, we have to put our effort into it.

I use marijuana for my anxiety. It helps. But you must get a doctor to approve it.

6. Consulta a Tu Médico:

Allowing your mind to control your usual sleep pattern is not advisable. Obsessing over having HIV disrupts your sleep routine. Your mind has altered your enjoyment of past pleasures. For many, medical cannabis leads to serenity and relaxation before sleep, resulting in deep REM sleep. I utilize cannabis for sleep preparation and occasionally take melatonin to induce sleep. Best wishes!
