Brad as far as your numbers you should be fine unless there's some stress or infection from the sex that you had with this person. What concerns me more is the inclination to have sex under the influence with a complete stranger. That prompts me to question whether or not you're doing okay. Perhaps seeking a counselor or a therapist or support group because my concern is that you may bounce back and do this again even though you say you will never do it. Please think twice before having sex with a stranger and if so make sure you ask all the right questions.

Gordon thanks for your input I spoke to my doctor he said everyone who has hiv is carrying tens of thousands of different strains the chance of getting a resistant strain with the new meds is extremely rare .he said as long as I took my meds and didn’t miss a dose I should be fine. He said December appointment dosent need to be moved up. I also took doxy pep right after to combat other sexual transmitted diseases. Fingers crossed
