A nurse told me that if I have sexual relations with another HIV positive person, he could mutate and become stronger and that I should be careful.

Me dijo un enfermero que si tengo relaciones sexuales con otro vhi positivo este podría mutar y hacerse más fuerte y que debía tener cuidado.

HIV gay positive men and now even HIV negative men on PREP have been barebacking and exchanging sperm for years. There has been a lot of controversy about the super strain of which there have been minimal cases reported. This is a very personal decision. Personally myself I do not look forward to receiving another strain of HIV since I'm already dealing with the HIV-1 strain myself. Unless you know the strain of your partner whom you're having sex with it's probably more than likely if you're a single man and active that you have at one point received the HIV-1 and HIV 2 strain. Just saying.❤️👍😁🌞👍

The view here is that more than likely nothing will happen if your partner has HIV1 and is also undetectable. However if they have the rarer West African strain known as HIV2, then you could catch that.
